Delicious turkey meatballs, perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. An excellent choice for a weekend dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground turkey - 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk and let it soak for about 5 minutes. 2. Add the ground turkey, chopped onion, crushed garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and parsley to the soaked breadcrumb mixture. Mix until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into round meatballs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes or a salad.
