Ingredients:
- 200 g white chocolate - 100 g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, stirring gently. 2. Add the almond flour, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the melted white chocolate. Mix until smooth.
3. Gently fold in the cranberries to avoid crushing them.
4. Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes until the treats are set.
6. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
