A delicious and creamy cheesecake with a tart cranberry twist, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 ml cream
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time and the vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
4. Gently fold in the cranberries into the mixture.
5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
6. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is set.
7. Allow the cake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
8. Melt the white chocolate and mix it with the cream, then pour this over the cooled cake before serving.
9. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with cranberries before serving.
