Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Add the minced garlic and stir for an additional minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
