Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli florets, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet.
4. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
5. Pour soy sauce over the vegetables, stirring well to coat.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
