Delicious Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the vegetables.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Serve warm over rice or noodles.
