Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
4. Add snap peas and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
6. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
