These tasty spinach-feta patties make a perfect side dish or a lighter main course. They come together quickly and are great for both everyday meals and special occasions. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 dl flour (wheat or gluten-free)
- 1 egg
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach and sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil until soft. Allow it to cool.
2. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and add the cooled spinach.
3. Add the flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
4. Shape the mixture into small patties.
5. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
6. Serve warm, for example, with a salad or yogurt sauce.
