Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare three separate bowls: place the flour in one, whisk the eggs in another, and mix the breadcrumbs with the spices in the third bowl.
3. Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the nuggets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the fried nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
