A delicious and quick breakfast that's also great as a snack.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt).
2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter to the pan.
5. Pour batter onto the pan to create pancakes of your desired size.
6. Cook pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
7. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, berries, or whipped cream.
