A refreshing tomato-mozzarella salad perfect for summer days. Preparation time is only 15 minutes, and it's easy to make for a larger group.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil on top.
5. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving.
