This delicious curry chicken sauce is quick and easy to prepare. It pairs perfectly with rice or potatoes. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300-400 g unseasoned chicken fillet strips
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 dl water
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 2 dl sour cream
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Sauté the chicken fillet strips in oil in a pan over medium heat until browned.
2. Add water, chicken broth cube, and sour cream to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Stir in curry powder, lemon juice, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
4. Simmer the sauce for a while until it thickens.
5. Season with salt to taste and add more black pepper if needed.
