Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
Instructions:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
3. Toss the potato wedges in the seasoned olive oil to coat them evenly.
4. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking.
