Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 200 ml beef broth
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little of the cooking water.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for about a minute until it turns a light golden brown.
3. Pour the soy sauce and beef broth into the pan, mixing well.
4. Add the cream to the pan and stir until the mixture is smooth. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Season with salt and white pepper. If needed, add reserved cooking water to achieve the desired consistency.
6. Combine the pasta with the sauce and mix well.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
