- 250 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button or chanterelle)
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender and the moisture has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour in the cream and soy sauce. Stir well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
