Enjoy crispy fried olives as a delightful snack alongside cocktails or as a weekend evening treat. The preparation is easy and quick!

Ingredients:

- 200 g green olives
- 1 dl panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
- 1 dl oil (for frying)
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Drain the olives from the jar; if desired, you can stuff them with blue cheese.
3. Coat the olives in panko breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully covered.
4. Once the oil is hot, add the olives to the pan and fry for a few minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Gently turn the olives during frying.
5. Remove the fried olives and place them on paper towels to drain and season with salt.
6. Serve warm with a cold drink.
