Description: A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the spaghetti cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and oil. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
7. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.
8. Season with salt to taste and toss in the chopped parsley.
9. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
