Description: A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 400g spaghetti
- 6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
3. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for another minute.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat in the garlic oil. If needed, add some reserved pasta water to help the sauce adhere.
5. Season with salt to taste and mix in chopped parsley.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
