A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:

- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook until it turns golden brown, about 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet along with the reserved pasta water. Toss to combine and coat the spaghetti evenly with the garlic oil.
5. Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
