Description: A quick and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
7. If needed, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
8. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
9. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
