Description: A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet and sauté until the garlic is golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic oil, tossing to combine. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water as needed.
6. Season with salt to taste and mix in chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
