Description: A simple yet flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
3. Add the red chili flakes and sauté for another minute.
4. Toss the drained spaghetti into the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add some reserved pasta water a little at a time.
5. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
