A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
3. Add the red pepper flakes and stir for 30 seconds to release the flavor.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water. Toss to combine and coat the spaghetti with the garlic oil.
5. Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
