A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
3. Add red chili flakes to the skillet and stir for about 30 seconds to release their flavor.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and olive oil. Toss to coat the pasta, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
6. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
