Serving Size: 4 burgers

Ingredients:

- 400 g Jalotofu pieces
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili sauce (or to taste)
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Fry the Jalotofu pieces in the pan for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
4. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and chili sauce together.
5. Lightly toast the hamburger buns in the pan or oven.
6. Assemble the burgers: place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, add the fried tofu piece, sliced tomato, red onion, and avocado. Top with the chili mayo and close the bun.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
