Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 1 can GoGreen Chili Sin Carne
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 ml grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic, diced bell pepper, and zucchini to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the Chili Sin Carne, oregano, and paprika powder. Mix well and heat for a few minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture and stir thoroughly.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
