A mild and hearty chili con carne that’s perfect for a cozy meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp Santa Maria ground beef seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 400 g white beans (canned, in brine)
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion finely.
2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and continue cooking until the onion is soft.
4. Stir in the ground beef seasoning and mix well.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and add the white beans.
6. Stir all the ingredients together and let simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve warm with rice or bread.
