Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 can chili con carne or Mexican chili sauce
- Oil or butter for frying
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 pack wheat tortillas
- Grated cheese (e.g., Emmental)
Instructions:
1. Heat a splash of oil or butter in a pan.
2. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked.
3. Drain the excess liquid from the kidney beans and add them to the pan with the beef.
4. Pour in the chili con carne sauce and mix well.
5. Allow the mixture to heat over low heat for a few minutes.
6. Take the tortillas and fill them with the beef and bean mixture.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and wrap the tortillas tightly.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
