A hearty and flavorful chili dish perfect for a cozy meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 400 g canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chili (fresh or powdered)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
3. Add the ground beef and brown it thoroughly.
4. Add the diced bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Stir in the tomato paste, chili, cumin, and paprika. Cook for a short time.
6. Add the canned tomatoes and drained kidney beans. Mix well.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes to deepen the flavors.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
