A hearty and spicy dish perfect for a comforting meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 can of white beans (in tomato sauce)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- ½ onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
2. Rinse and slice the red bell pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
5. Add the ground beef and cook until browned all over.
6. Stir in the bell pepper, chili powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
7. Pour in the white beans and stir to combine.
8. Let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve warm with rice or bread.
