Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour

- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry mixture. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired portion sizes.
5. Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
