These homemade chicken nuggets are crispy and tasty, perfect as a snack or main dish.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare three bowls: place the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in one bowl; whisk the eggs in the second bowl; and put the breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
3. Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the nuggets for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Place the nuggets on paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
