Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 150 g frozen vegetables (e.g., peas and carrots)
- 200 g rice noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and marinate them in soy sauce and oyster sauce for about 10 minutes. 2. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
3. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are done and golden brown.
4. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry until the onions are softened.
5. Add chopped bell peppers and frozen vegetables, mixing well, and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix all the ingredients well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro.
