Description: A delicious and quick stir-fry featuring honey-marinated chicken strips and vibrant Asian vegetables served over fluffy rice. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 5 dl long-grain rice
- 8 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken strips
- 1 bag of Asian wok vegetables
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice: Pour water into a pot, add salt and rice. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
2. Sauté the chicken: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the honey-marinated chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
3. Add the vegetables: Add the Asian wok vegetables to the pan with the chicken. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
4. Combine the ingredients: Once the rice is cooked, add it to the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Mix well and heat for a moment to combine all the ingredients.
5. Serve: Plate the rice chicken wok and enjoy immediately!
