Ingredients:
- 6 honey-marinated chicken fillets - 200 g frozen corn
- 150 g shredded Emmental cheese
- 2 tsp sambal oelek (chili paste)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the honey-marinated chicken fillets to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the frozen corn to the skillet and mix well.
4. Stir in the sambal oelek with the corn until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Evenly sprinkle the shredded Emmental cheese over the corn mixture.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt on low heat for about 3-5 minutes.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
