A delicious and rich chicken dish that combines tender chicken breast with fresh mushrooms and a flavorful curry cream sauce. Perfect served with rice or pasta.

Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 package of fresh mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2½ dl cream
- Curry powder
- Soy sauce
- Chili (to taste)
- Butter + olive oil for frying
- Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onions. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
2. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Add the onions and sauté until they are soft.
3. Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked and have a nice color.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for a moment until the mushrooms are tender.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and season with curry powder, soy sauce, and chili. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve the dishes garnished with parsley.
