Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 piece of leek
- 1 carrot
- Salt
- Curry powder
- Couscous
- 1 chicken or vegetable broth cube for cooking water
- For garnish: sliced peaches
- Optional: edible flowers
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken into stick-like strips.
2. Dice the carrot and slice the leek.
3. Bring water to a boil and add the chicken or vegetable broth cube.
4. Once the water is boiling, add the couscous and let it steam according to the package instructions.
5. Sauté the chicken strips in a pan until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and curry.
6. Add the diced carrots and sliced leek to the pan, cooking until the vegetables are soft.
7. Prepare plates with a bed of edible flowers.
8. Serve the couscous on the plates, top with the chicken mixture, and garnish with peach slices.
