A creamy and savory chicken bacon sauce perfect for drizzling over pasta or potatoes. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 450 g (1 pack) Atria Unseasoned Chicken Cutlets
- 1 pack American bacon
- 1-2 onions
- 1 can cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions. Sauté until they are soft.
3. Add the chicken cutlets to the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
4. Cut the bacon into small pieces and add it to the pan. Cook until the bacon is crispy.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and stir well.
6. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve with potatoes or pasta.
