A delicious and refreshing chicken apple salad that combines sweet and savory flavors, perfect as a light meal or side dish.

Ingredients:
- 5 avocados
- 5 stalks of celery
- 2 cans crushed pineapple (227g / 145g each)
- 1.5 kg honey-marinated chicken strips
- 3 dl mayonnaise
- 4 apples (such as Granny Smith)
- 2 lemons
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the honey-marinated chicken strips in a pan until fully cooked. Allow to cool.
2. Peel and dice the avocados and apples.
3. Chop the celery into small pieces.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine the diced avocados, apples, and chopped celery.
5. Add the cooled chicken strips and crushed pineapple to the salad mixture.
6. Squeeze the juice of the lemons over the salad and gently mix.
7. Add the mayonnaise and stir until well combined.
8. Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves for garnish.
