A refreshing and nutritious salad combining chicken, noodles, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:

- 52 g iceberg lettuce
- 57 g cherry tomatoes
- 107 g canned pineapple, diced
- 130 g flavored low-fat noodles
- 96 g cashews
- 150 g cooked chicken, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and cool.
2. Chop the iceberg lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. Dice the canned pineapple and cooked chicken.
4. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
5. Add the soy sauce and olive oil, and mix well.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator before serving.
