Ingredients:
- 2 dl rice
- 300 g honey-marinated chicken strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- 1.5 liters water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 450 g vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, peas)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Heat the oil in a pot and add the chopped onion. Sauté until it becomes soft.
3. Add the honey-marinated chicken strips and cook until they are fully cooked.
4. Stir in the rice and mix well.
5. Pour the water into the pot and add the chicken bouillon cubes. Stir until the cubes dissolve.
6. Add the vegetables and let the soup simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
7. Check the flavor and add salt or pepper if needed.
8. Serve hot.
