A delicious chicken Caesar salad that's perfect as a light meal or side dish. It's packed with flavor and nutrients, and easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets - 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml Caesar dressing
- 100 g croutons
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and black pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Allow to cool and slice into strips.
3. Rinse and tear the romaine lettuce into a bowl.
4. Add halved cherry tomatoes and the sliced chicken to the lettuce.
5. Grate Parmesan cheese over the salad.
6. Add Caesar dressing and gently toss to combine.
7. Top with croutons before serving.
