Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 300 g fresh broccoli
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
4. Cut the broccoli into florets and add them to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes until the broccoli is slightly tender.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
6. Allow the dish to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
8. Serve immediately with rice or pasta.
