Delicious Basque tapas perfect for sharing with friends! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g marinated salmon- 1 ripe mango
- 1 bunch of fresh green asparagus
- 150 g fresh mushrooms
- 200 g royal shrimp
- 2 dl chilled garlic soup
- 50 g olive paste
- 100 g foie gras caviar
- 100 g cod
- 50 g Iberian ham
- 50 g Idiazabal cheese
- 200 g chicken (Basque style)
- 100 g walnuts
- 300 g mashed potatoes
- 1 pack of pastries (e.g., "Bilbao floor tiles" cake)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinated salmon and mango on cocktail sticks.2. Lightly boil the asparagus and mushrooms, then arrange them on a plate.
3. Make shrimp tartare by mixing shrimp with the chilled garlic soup and olive paste.
4. Spread foie gras caviar on bread and serve.
5. Sear the cod pieces wrapped in Iberian ham and serve with pil-pil sauce.
6. Prepare a sprinkle of Idiazabal cheese and walnuts for serving.
7. Serve chicken lollipops with walnut praline.
8. Make the mashed potatoes and serve them alongside.
9. Finally, enjoy "Bilbao floor tiles" cake for dessert.
