Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh salad greens (e.g., arugula and iceberg lettuce)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g roasted nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad greens thoroughly and dry them.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and dice the avocado.
3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, tomatoes, avocado, and feta cheese.
5. Toast the nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then add them to the salad mixture.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper, then pour the dressing over the salad.
7. Toss everything well and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
