- 1 banana
- 2 cups almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.2. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
