Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes - 2 tablespoons of oil (e.g., olive oil)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika (optional)
- Garlic powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long, thin strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, and any optional spices. Mix well.
4. Spread the potato strips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for approximately 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip the potatoes halfway through the baking time.
6. Serve immediately while hot.
