Ingredients:

- 400 g fresh salmon, diced
- 1 liter fish stock
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
2. Add the diced potatoes and sliced carrots to the pot. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Pour the fish stock into the pot and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the salmon cubes to the soup and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
5. Stir in the cream and season with salt and black pepper. Heat through briefly, but do not boil.
6. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
