This fresh and delicious salad is the perfect addition to any meal, especially during festival season. Combine fresh ingredients and enjoy a taste of summer!

Ingredients:
- 150 g mixed greens (such as lettuce and arugula)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives (black or green)
- 100 g roasted nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
- 1/4 dl olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the mixed greens. Tear them into large pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Add them to the greens.
3. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad along with the olives and roasted nuts.
4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
5. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
