Ingredients:

- 400 g fresh fish (e.g. salmon or pike)
- 200 g zucchini
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g fresh herbs (e.g. basil and parsley)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Slice the zucchini into rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. Place the fish in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
4. Arrange the zucchini and cherry tomatoes around the fish.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and vegetables, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the chopped herbs on top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
